Scott spent 17 years running a successful productivity-based business in the private sector before being approached by his daughter (a firefighter-paramedic in Black Hawk, CO) to build a program for truck checks.
For Scott, fire officers are no different than business managers, except that there's a lot more riding on their decisions. "What I love about the PSTrax program is that it helps officers create a safer work environment while reducing costs."
When Scott is not out travelling between fire departments on his Indian Motorcycle or working at his "Get Away Ranch" in the Rocky Mountains, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Tricia, their three grown children, and his new granddaughter, Ellie.
Vice President, Co-Founder
Cliff is the brains behind PSTrax - the one who actually built the thing. His 20 years of programming experience has taken him everywhere from creating mortgage algorithms for financial institutions to managing cancer research data for pharmaceutical companies.
Cliff works constantly to improve the PSTrax program, taking endless requests from all of his non-programmer coworkers and making them a reality.
Not your typical computer nerd, Cliff was active in sports all his life, even heading down to play football at UCLA. But his Division I dreams snapped along with his ACL. His trip was not in vain, though, as he wound up with a degree and his wife of 35 years. He will tell you it was a great trade-off.
In his free time, Cliff enjoys spending time with his wife, Kathy, and their two grown daughters, and rooting for his beloved UCLA Bruins (or whoever happens to be playing USC).
Nathan graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Denver before moving to Mississippi as part of Teach For America. He spent two years in the Delta teaching math to underprivileged high school students.
Since 2011, Nathan has been PSTrax's project manager, marketing director, website developer, graphic designer, spreadsheet guy, and all-around first responder. When clients need help with their system, Nathan is the one who answers the call.
When he's not working, he's playing virtually any sport he can find, and spending time with his wife, Jessica, and their dog (and office mascot), Rico.
As a veteran business software specialist, Tina is a certified problem-solver. She serves as a liaison between PSTrax and fire departments, responsible for making complex builds as painless as possible for our customers. Her self-starter attitude coupled with her effective communication skills earn her high praise from our clients. When there is a new challenge, Tina is usually the one that comes up with the best solution.
When Tina is not setting up new departments for PSTrax, she enjoys managing her husband's rock band in Puyallup, WA, or watching her granddaughter grow.
Senior Field Representative, Fire Services Instructor
David Cain is a retired Operations Chief for the City of Boulder (CO). During his 34-year career, he directed apparatus and equipment inventories, approved apparatus purchases, and maintained the asset management systems of the seven-station department.
As the head of PSTrax's educational and training division, David is in charge of teaching technical breakout sessions at association meetings and running quarterly review meetings with our client departments.
David's outside hobbies include spending time with his wife, Lonna, horseback riding, golfing, and running with his dog, Louie.
Frank R. Myers
Field Representative, Fire Services Instructor
Frank Myers is a retired Driver Engineer Instructor with Miami Fire Rescue. Over his 33 year career, he trained on topics such as apparatus inspection, pump theory, fire service hydraulics, aerial operations, and hands-on driving. In addition to his duties as an instructor, Frank also served as a Logistics Manager for FEMA’s Florida Task Force, was a member of the Apparatus and Equipment Committee and Accident Review Committee, and helped write specifications for Fire Suppression Apparatus.
While Frank is semi-retired, he is kind enough to lend out his wealth of fire service knowledge to PSTrax as an educational program designer.
In his free time, Frank enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, or riding around Miami on his Harley-Davidson.
Customer Service Representative
Salli has been involved with customer service, education, and teaching (collectively) for over 24 years. She has been fortunate enough to share her passion for educating and helping others in several arenas over the years. As an Customer Service Rep, Salli helps firefighters & officers in any way possible so they can focus on bigger priorities.
Salli's hobbies outside of work include loving animals, gardening, singing, and creating art out of recycled materials. She has a positive outlook on life and a passion for making a difference in others' lives. On top of that, she is also one of the few Colorado natives left!
Alison is the front-line market research guru with PSTrax, and is usually the first point-of-contact for our customers. Before contacting any department, she does her research to ensure that she doesn't waste anyone's time, including her own.
Alison coordinates PSTrax's introduction and feedback meetings across the country, and is one of the nicest people in the world (though she won't admit to it).
At home in Chicago, Alison enjoys meeting new people and letting her dog take her on new adventures.
